The Live Local Act in Florida: What the Workforce Housing Law Means for Buyers and Owners

The Live Local Act Florida passed in 2023 and expanded since puts state money into affordable housing, preempts local zoning and height limits for qualifying projects on commercial land, and grants property tax exemptions to workforce developments.

What the law does
