How long before closing do I get the closing disclosure?

Answered by Onias Derilus, Mortgage Capital · NMLS# 1859012 · Florida licensed mortgage broker

At least three business days before closing, by federal rule. This waiting period gives you time to review the final terms and costs and ask questions before you sign.

Major changes to certain terms can reset the three-day clock. We get your Closing Disclosure out on time and walk you through it well before signing.
