What do I bring to closing?

Answered by Onias Derilus, Mortgage Capital · NMLS# 1859012 · Florida licensed mortgage broker

Bring a government-issued photo ID and your cash to close as a wire transfer or cashier's check (personal checks aren't accepted for large amounts). Have proof of homeowners insurance in place.

Your spouse may need to attend depending on title. We send you a closing checklist in advance, including the exact wire amount and instructions.
