Yes. The VA loan benefit is reusable for life. Once you pay off a VA loan or sell the home, your full entitlement is restored, and you can even hold more than one VA loan at a time with remaining entitlement.
This lets veterans move up or relocate using the benefit again. We'll calculate your remaining entitlement and how much you can finance with no down payment.
